Why are these people rioting?  Check out this clip of a riot that started in an American Apparel rummage sale in London.  Scary.  What prompts these people to get all rowdy before the sale?  You haven’t even gotten through the doors yet!  Act calm and composed outside, and then let loose once you’re inside searching for those best bargain jeans.  Well, I guess these people are going home with a pair of fashionable steel bracelets instead.

These cuffs can’t be bought, they’ve gotta be earned.

Norma Jean

Turquoise Marilyn by Andy Warhol

Ferragamo will recreate the original Ferragamo Brogues that Andy Warhol wore during the 1980s

Salvatore Ferragamo was so well known throughout the fashion industry that Andy Warhol regularly wore his Brogues while he painted.  Ferragamo’s Brogues were the only men’s shoes that the designer created in his lifetime, and were considered to be exceptionally comfortable.  In fact, Warhol’s original pair of Brogues are speckled with paint that the artist used to paint his pieces.  In 2006, 19 years after the artist died, the Ferragamo family (Salvatore Ferragamo passed away in 1960) bought the original pair that Andy wore at Christies auction.  Now, they have recreated the pop art icon’s shoes complete with speckled paint and all!  Cost:  USD$990.00

Hidetoshi Nakata, Hot or Not

Hidetoshi Nakata Profile Pictue

Hidetoshi Nakata

Ladies, Ladies, Ladies. I found this commercial while searching for a video to upload, and I thought that this could be a great discussion topic. I’m not sure if this clip is old or not, but I think it was worth passing around to those lady readers out there. I can go on and on about what a great footballer Hidetoshi Nakata was, but I’m sure you’re not interested in that. I will mention however, that Nakata played on the Japanese national football team, and he certainly has a keen sense of fashion. Dubbed a fashion icon in Japan, Nakata can be seen wearing the latest designer outfits and regularly attending runway shows. More like the “David Beckham” of Japan I think. Check out the clip and tell me what your thoughts.
